Restaurant Castell in Rotenburg (Wumme)

We recently brought out something delicious for dinner here. The meal was ready on time and the contactless handover was possible without any problems. Despite the current difficult situation, the staff was very nice and tried to make the best of the situation. The food was very tasty and tasted like it was in the restaurant, which surprised me very positively, as the quality of packaged dishes usually suffers a little. We will definitely order again! Please hold on so that we can finally stop by your beautiful restaurant after Corona.

Fast and friendly service. Ordered food tasted great. The cosy restaurant has followed the actions to be taken with regards to corona very seriously. We felt well provided with disinfectants at the entrance and the very clean restrooms.

Very tasty food in the ambience of a Spanish castle. Contrary to expectations of the ambience, dishes are Greek, but freshly prepared and not too spicy, as I've seen it many times. Bifteki filled with feta and souflaki were ordered once. First there was a small bowl of mixed salad with a sweet mustard sauce. The Bifteki was grilled to the point and still absolutely juicy on the inside. Real feta was used as a filling, rather seldom with Bifteki. Djuvec rice and French fries served as a side dish. The souflaki was tender and without any fat and grilled to the point. Djuvec rice and tzatziki were also served as a side dish. Tzatziki with bread was reordered once, which was estimated at € 4, a bit too expensive in my opinion. The staff themselves were super friendly and immediately responded to reorders and questions. Finally, the restaurant can be unreservedly recommended.

The food was delicious until we found glass in the food. Except for an unbelievable excuse, it didn't happen. A new dish or deduction from the bill would have been nice and appropriate.

A bit of a wait today, but the quality of the food made up for it! It was really good and tasty!

We had the lunch table for a good price, breaded schnitzel with salad and fries. The schnitzel was very well cooked and not dry, the salad was dressed with a mustard dressing, delicious and the fries were probably by far the best I've ever received in a restaurant.

Very good selection. Greek cuisine, but also pizza and snacks. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, really great.

Very hard-working, attentive and polite service team provided us with delicious, very good food at our Christmas party ?. The price / performance ratio was completely okay. Although we had 2 more unannounced people with us and the restaurant was full to the last seat, we tried to ensure that our 2 people could also eat ???. We were not there for the last time, both as a club and as private individuals. I'm already looking forward to the next meal there. We were all completely satisfied ???

Again and again! We were there on a Saturday and although it was quite busy we got our food after a short wait, which was also very good! We especially remember the young, nice waitress

We were disappointed to order the card only after 30 minutes and only because we asked. The food was so-so. At the neighboring tables, the guests got a Uso, to the question why we did not get one, there was the answer the boss said because it is so full not everyone gets one. This is not an argument for me and I would not come back. Actually a pity were there more often and was always good

Not recommended first we waited half an hour on the map, and drinks were only asked! On the food we had to wait a good 2 hours !! Others who came far after us got food before us !! We had a child at the table and she was the last to get her food ? (I know it so the kids always get something first) !!! And most of the food was burned !!!

There were three of us and were all very happy with our food (two chicken dishes and a pizza).
